Ad server, anti-fraud stack, attribution pipeline, publisher SDK — all built by us. No vendor lock-in, no black-box dependencies. If something breaks at 3 AM, we know how to fix it.
No 8-layer hierarchies. Strong individual contributors become team leads within 18–24 months. We promote from within whenever we can.
HQ is in Romania (with a beautiful office in Bucharest), but most engineering and product roles are open to EU-based remote candidates. We meet up in person 2–3 times a year.
